Nancy M Chung :: Fullerton |portrait|

Raise your hand if you watched Hercules, Xena and... wait for it... Vanishing Son??!?!!!! That's right. Dont' act like you didn't watch it. Vanishing Son. Russell Wong. And all those round house kicks. Ahhhh. That pretty much sums up my childhood. And don't forget Hunter. Did you guys watch that? My sister is down from San Francisco visiting and she was wearing a Xena shirt and it just brought back an avalanche of memories. Next time you see me, ask me to imitate Xena (if you're brave enough to hear me do it). :p

My lovely baby sis.

I think I love this picture more than Russell Wong back in his Vanishing Son days. My sister is so beautiful inside and out.

Isn't the light just lovely? :)

I heart this picture.

I almost fell down laughing when I saw her wear this shirt. Good stuff. The Chung's sure are Warriors. And princesses.

I know I keep saying this, but my sister is seriously adorable. I may be biased but my opinion is really the only one that matters. LoL. Jk.

Esther & David :: San Juan Capistrano |engaged|

Esther and I joke that it was love at first sight when we met at our initial consultation. ;) We swapped stories, laughed and talked for 3 hours. It was as if we picked up where we had left off. Esther and David are just the sweetest and am SO happy and honored to be documenting their love this May in San Francisco.

Here are a few of my favs from the engagement session from San Juan Capistrano. And ofcourse, hair and makeup by the lovely Clara Kim of Clara Kim Beauty.

Let's Talk About...

Sofia Vergara. Need I say more? That woman is freaking beautiful. I recently started watching Modern Family a couple weeks ago and seriously can't get enough of her. AND her accent! I LOVE it!!! Not only is she gorgeous, she's hella witty and sharp. Never misses a beat. My kind of gal. (Google some of her interviews. Hilarious.) Yeah... I'm so in love with her I had to blog it. :p The Office!!!! I know. I know. I'm like 20 years late, but omg. That show seriously cracks me up. I don't know why it took me so long to get into it. And speaking of getting into... What is up with LOST? That show is way beyond being lost. I can't believe some of the stuff these writers are coming up with.

Thanks for listening. :) And since a picture makes a post 100x's better, here's a sneak peek at an engagement session I'm currently working on. One of my fav couples ever! So stay tuned!

Mi Young :: Fullerton |portrait|

March and I went to HS together. I wish you could read my mind while I wrote that sentence cuz that's a pretty deep sentence. lol. For reals. The late nights, the friendship, the fun, the late nights, the studying, the hardships. Did I mention late nights? And ofcourse. Our conversations. March says everything in Korean and I say everything in English. Every time I see this girl, or any of my HS friends, I feel 18 again. It's the strangest thing.

This session is one of my fav portrait sessions to date. Maybe because the subject and I have so much history. Having March in front of my lens was a very humbling experience and SO MUCH FUN. We were cracking up left and right.

Thanks March for modeling for me and for the years of friendship. You were and still are amazingly beautiful.

I think this should be on the next cover of a Korean drama. :)

Love when you smile.

LOVE the shot of March on the left. LOVE. LOVE.

You're so pretty.

:)

Damn girl. I always knew you could work it.

And I leave you with my fav shot of the day.

Thanks again March for being beautiful and the yummy dinner at Summit House. 143.
